How do I fit the Pro-Kit to my angle grinder? |

Do I need to have the grinder's handle fitted? |
YES! If your angle grinder is an older model and only has one handle port, now is the time to invest in a new one. · The Pro Guard is attached using the auxiliary handle port, which leaves one port left to attach the grinder's handle to. Do not use an angle grinder fitted with Arbortech shaping blades if you cannot fit both the Pro Guard AND the grinder handle. |
How (and when!) do I rotate the tungsten teeth? |

I want to get a dedicated angle grinder for the Woodcarver, what should I look for? |
The Industrial Pro Kit (IND.FG.200) fits most 4" (100mm) and 4 1/2" (115mm) angle grinders. When choosing an angle grinder to suit the Industrial Woodcarver, you should look for the following features:-

Can I use the tool with a damaged blade? |
No, stop immediately if a tooth is damaged as you may damage the cutter frame. |
I cannot undo the tungsten teeth on my Industrial Woodcarver? |
To remove the organic matter in the head of the screws soak the blade in Caustic Soda overnight |

Tips & Special Care of the Industrial Pro Kit Although tungsten carbide is a very hard material (150 degrees Rockwell), it is also very brittle so any plunging or stabbing action may cause the teeth to crack and disintegrate. This is true of any carbide cutters such as router bits, general tooling and saw blades. Tungsten Teeth can be damaged (or broken) for a number of reasons including the following:
