Financial Statements The Financial Statements for the Company may be obtained from the Company Secretary at the Registered Office. Shareholder Enquiries Existing shareholders seeking information regarding their shareholding should contact the Company's share registry: Computershare Registry Services Pty Ltd Telephone: +61 8 9323 2000 Change of address Certified shareholders who have changed address should notify the share registry in writing stating their old and new addresses.
Certified shareholders who change their name should notify the share registry in writing attaching a copy of the relevant marriage certificate or deed poll. All certificates bearing the person's name must be returned to enable the share registry to reissue certificates in the new name.
Share certificates are important and valuable documents and should be stored securely at all times. Shareholders should inform the share registry immediately of any loss or theft, so that a replacement can be arranged. A Section 1089 Declaration may be requested from the Share Registry, completed and returned in order that a new certificate may be issued.
Shareholders who do not wish to receive the Annual Report, or who are receiving more than one copy, should advise the share registry in writing. |
